I think if they are good, they deserve to be linked from our web page.
d-i install manual in docbook-xml is the thing to do.

The best approach is to mark a key section of official manual to make
full and quick version from single source if they are descriptive guide.

Otherwise, my Debian reference have a section for it with very quick
glance. Short :)
