release notes, and debian mirrors...

Would this be the right list for bringing up this issue? It may
already have been brought up, I haven't got the time to search right
now:

I see the documentation at e.g.:

http://http.us.debian.org/debian/dists/woody/main/disks-i386/current/doc/index.en.html

has broken links, I find no release notes included, e.g. at:

http://http.us.debian.org/debian/dists/woody/main/disks-i386/current/doc/release-notes/
