New document: Hands-on guide to Debian
I have just found

¿has anyone taken a look at it? Maybe the author could be contacted in
order to contribute to the Debian Documentation Project (to some of the
user manuals or to the reference?) Osamu?
There seems to be some useful content there that could be included (BTW,
there is also a Spanish translation :)
