no doubt the gurus' word is law, though i think that capitalization as david 
suggests would help make the issue more clear for all those new and potential 
users who consistently post to debian-user asking for clarification of those 
terms. in the end, they are the primary audience the docs intend to serve. 

that's the extent of my argument.
