Josip suggested the install-doc package from boot-floppies, which sounds
like an ideal location to me. Perhaps it would be a good idea to bump
install-doc to standard (possibly with the PDF files split out), add it
to debootstrap, and add a simple file or two of the utter-newbie "oh my
God, how do I use this thing?" documentation that Chris suggested.
install-doc would also be useful on standard installations due to things
like the dselect tutorial.
