* initial revision of Japanese translation
(based on English cvs version, revision 1.32)
* the original title: Securing Debian HOWTO
* added the modified date to the title because
GNU FDL says I must change the title when I
modified the original work
* changed the section name "Changelog" to "History"
because according to GNU FDL I must have
a section named "History" somewhere in the document
