Definition of group/user
Other than common sense, where is the authoritative place for definition
of group and user on Debian? Policy is vague on details, base-passwd
does not explain.
Only Javier's "Securing Debian Manual" mentions in FAQ. Very nice but
is this the upstream? (FAQ by doc-debian has something too.)
