new debiandoc-sgml version in action ? :)

I was happy to see all DDP pages seems to be build with the newer
version of debiandoc-sgml from woody.

Can someone with shell account confirm situation?

 1) version of "debiandoc-sgml"?
 2) version of "bash"?
 3) Is machine totally tracking woody?

I will update Makefiles once I know it is OK.
