GPL or GFDL



Can anyone give a thought on which license to use for the "Debian
reference" as the main one.  I quoted (Hope it as a fair quote) amany ML
comennts and reformatted. (Currently GFDL printed but GPL indicated in
hidden comment)

Specifically GPL or GFDL:  Which one to use?

Also, who shall be copyright owner?

This also matters with merging this document with some parts of FAQ.
