	I have used anonymous CVS access to cvs.qref.sf.net to 
retrieve the sources, and committed the manual so it gets build
in the next autobuild. Even if we cannot setup and automatic
scheme to update DDP CVS sources from SF's I guess I can just
copy the files from one CVS to another manually :)
