Someone can register their account (for example, a free mail from yahoo or
hotmail or whatever) to the mailing list, and then set up forwarding of all
the mail to the victim's address.

What needs to be done is to send a message with _full_ headers to
listmaster@d.o who will then remove the abuser's e-mail (and probably notify
their ISP of the abuse).
