Second draft of Woody release notes
A big thanks to everyone who replied to the last thread, hopefully i managed
to integrate in your contributions. An especially big thanks to joeyh is
in order!

* Two sections still lack content and i would be greatful for content for
these sections
* Extra content for other sections would also be greatly welcomed.
* Port specific information should begin to be sent to me for inclusion
* Fixes for spelling mistakes, typos, errors, omissions are welcomed
As these are release notes representing a summary of all our hard work into
creating a distribution i think it is very important that everyone feels
they can contribute to this documentation.
