Adding apt-howto
Hau all,
I'm fnishing adding apt-howto to cvs... it is already in debian-doc
and I'm completing it's entry in webwml/
I would like to know if I need to make publish it by hand whenever
I want to make new htmls available as there seems to be an intentional
difference between the CVS and the "released" copy...
should I?
