Re: [Fwd: Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender] (fwd)



Hi,

That '...@tip.nl' address is no longer valid.  Also I'm no longer involved in
that document anymore.  I only started it and I've no idea who's working on
it now (if anybody is at all).  The document should probably be updated to
reflect my new email address and don't list me anymore as the first author.

Also it would indeed be nice if we could "finish" the document and package
it (maybe with some chapters empty).
