I think I need to be a debian developer (maintainer) for this pakage.
Any requirement for becoming a maintainer?
If any, please let me know the procedure....
I contribute my efforts to Debian Society in Korea. =)
I will follow the "New Maintainer's Guide (this document
tranlated into Korean by Changwoo Ryu, Korean debian developer) rule to make a pakage.
(Because Korean debian users want to read debian documents in Korean...)

guide into Korean. You was very satisfied with my group efforts.

After debian-doc-ko pakage job is done, my project team start to
tranlsate documentss including administrivia.sgml, dbootstrap.sgml hardware.sgml, inst-methods.sgml, install.sgml, partitioning.sgml,
post-install.sgml, preparing.sgml, rescue-boot.sgml, tech-info.sgml
, welcome.sgml.

I am not clear to your idea. You mean you made pakages such as
developers-reference-ja, -fr??
To become a maintainer of one pakage is difficult??
