RE: language error at ... [common header to negotiated content?]
Since there are so many complaints and probably even more
not complained occurrences of 'failed' language negotiation
would it be possible to add a common header line to all
negotiated content?
It should have an English question to effect 'is this not in
the language you expected?' and link to our explanation page.
