Most people with this problem are either requesting the wrong
language or using a broken proxy. Note that you may be using a
proxy even if you don't specify one. Your ISP can filter all
requests through a proxy for you (basically, they redirect any
packets destined for port 80 through the proxy). If this is
the case, you need to get your provider to fix the problem.
