DDP CVS area scrubbed somewhat

The following files have been removed with extreme prejudice.
I hate stale stuff.

         bugs.html
         contrib.html
         dtd.html
         how-it-works.html
         ian.txt
         install.html
         ldsample.tar.gz
         policy.html
         prog.html
         release-notes.html

This is just the start, folks.  I'm planning on completely gutting the
existing pages and relocating everything under
www.debian.org/devel/...

If you need any of those removed files for any reason, they can still
be found in the CVS attic, in which case, let me know.
