Sorry; it's in my queue.  I just haven't had a chance to do it yet.

Most of your comments were good.  Unfortunately, you produced *diffs*
against a *derived* verison of the file (the ASCII) file.  So it is
considerable work for me to integrate your stuff.

It's not rejected!

That would be great.  To be honest, I would prefer one of the
following two formats:  either just comments, like:

  Sect. Installing from CD-ROM -- add a description of foo and bar

or, alternatively, just patches against the SGML source.

What you gave me is hard for me to track down, since I'll see:

I have to try to figure out what section that's in and then read your
comment in that context.

I really will be able to muddle along with what you gave me, it's just
that I've put it a bit on the back burner since it's hard for me.  I
want you to feel encouraged though and to help me with the document!

Let me know whether you'll be able to resubmit that or not, ok?
Again, if not, it's fine, it just might take longer for me to get to
it.
