boot-floppies Install Manual updated -- Czech translation

documentation as of a few minutes ago. It may take a day or so for
the updated material to propogate through the web mirrors. The Czech
translation of the Install Manual has been added. There have been
updates also to the different translations and to the English version
(see the ChangeLog).
The Release Notes are available in Croatian, Czech, English, and
Japanese.
The Installation Manual is available in Croatian, Czech, English,
Finnish, French, and Japanese.
