Oh oh oh oh oh! Are hyperlinks preserved in PDF? Are there
sophisticated options like PDF tables of contents (appearing in a left
frame in Acroread)?

I wish I had time to do a DSSSL for debiandoc. I bet it wouldn't be
too hard.
