Stupid me doing last minute changes without adding a test. Fixed.

pastebinit should work out of the box:

# echo -e "test\ntest\ntest\ntest" | pastebinit
https://paste.debian.net/hidden/d40f2605

But you can also give https://paste.debian.net/swagger-ui a try.

curl -X POST https://paste.debian.net/api/v1/paste
  -H "Content-Type: application/json"
  -d '{"code": "Hello from curl\nLine 2\nLine 3"}'

If you are authenticated you can also manage tokens via: https://paste.debian.net/tokens

which give you the option to authenticate against the api, which removes most of the checks and limitations:

curl -X POST https://paste.debian.net/api/v1/paste
  -H "Content-Type: application/json"
  -H "X-Paste-Token: $TOKEN"
  -d '{"code": "Hello with token", "poster": "my_script"}'

Thanks for the feedback.

Alex
