DBD::Pg driver isn't able to deal directly with a Patroni cluster.
DBD::Patroni is a layer on top of DBD::Pg capable of detecting the
master node and its slaves in a Patroni cluster. It is also able to
redirect read-only queries to slave nodes. In case of error, before
reporting it, it first tries to rediscover the Patroni topology and
tries to replay the query when master changed.

This package will be maintained under Perl team umbrella.
