 Go mDNS implementation. The original user is Pion WebRTC, but is extendable
 for other uses.

Needed for galene. golang-github-pion-mdns v0 is already in Debian, but
snowflake and riseup-vpn still need this version to build, so v2 is being
packaged separately.

Will be maintained in the Debian Go Packaging Team.
