testing migration, udd, lintian and udebs [Re: [MBF] Update udeb packages to use non-aliased paths]

no objections/concerns/... were raised, and the only feedback I got so far is a message from Samuel, telling me, that he has fixed espeak and espeakup (thanks!) making the list even shorter.

I will thus proceed with filing the bug reports now.

I forgot to add:

We have the lintian tag "aliased-location" [1].
If a package is flagged that way, it is prevented from migrating to testing.

Currently this does not apply to udeb packages, but this might be simply by accident due to the way udd parses the lintian output?

See [2] how udd names the tag "udeb: " and the actual tag name is listed under information.

My questions:
- Is the way udd parses the lintian output this way deliberate?
- Is testing migration using udd?

Personally, I would like to see testing migration consider aliased-location for udebs too (once most packages have been fixed)
