 Modeled after the tarfile module, rpmfile provides a simple interface to read
 RPM headers, list contents, and extract files programmatically or via command
 line. It supports various compression formats, including zstd with an
 additional module. Ideal for developers and system administrators needing
 RPM archive manipulation in Python environments.

This ITP is required as part of the dependency chain needed for packaging
python3-cve-bin-tool in Debian.
