  Description     : virtual web logfile rotater/parser
    vlogger reads log lines on stdin and writes them into per-virtual-host
    files based on the first field (typically the vhost), creating
    date-based directories as needed. It is useful for virtual hosts
    logging in Apache and other web servers.

The package previously existed in Debian but was removed due to inactivity.
I am volunteering to maintain it and have uploaded an updated version to
mentors.debian.net:
