 Lia provides a unified interface for common web framework operations, allowing
 you to write framework-agnostic code that can be easily adapted to work with
 FastAPI, Flask, Django, and other popular Python web frameworks.

 At the moment lia is in an early state and more framework can be
 expected to get added.

Lia is becoming an additional new dependency for strawberry-graphql (ITP
https://bugs.debian.org/1109162) version >= 0.278.1.
While writing strawberry-graphl 0.276.0 is within the NEW queue.

strawberry-graphql is a dependency for strawberry-graphql-django that is
then a dependency for NetBox >= 4.x.

I plan to maintain this package within the DPT.
