Description : parsing MHC genotype identifiers
For predicting what fragments of a protein an individual
is most likely to detect as foreign (infections, cancer,
tissue transplantations, autoimmunity) one should learn
about the variants of sets of genes that process antigens
and export them to the cell surface.

The nomenclature in the field describing those genetic
backgrounds is less structured than we would want it to
be. This package helps with the parsing of various formats
that are out there in the wild.
