For [1]
https://snapshot.debian.org/package/sratom/0.6.14-1/
they are not in the same suite: unstable vs unreleased, thus the
difference. It's also not the same archive (debian vs debian-ports)

For [2]
That is however surprising: it's also not the same suite unstable vs
experimental, but it's the same archive. I'm surprised the archive
accepted that.
