Description : RFC-compatible HTTP cache system for every reverse-proxy
Souin can run standalone, or be used as a plugin for many
existing Golang proxies.
It has static configuration, or dynamic using its API.
.
It implements standard HTTP Cache specifications, standards or drafts:
- Cache-Control
- Cache-Status
- Cache-Group
- Cache-Invalidation
.
Various backend storages are supported, from local in-memory to distributed
key-value stores.
Souin is something that goes really well with Caddy,
or as a standalone in front of nginx, for example.
The HTTP cache specifications it implements makes it a very modern
HTTP Cache system, that is worth packaging.
It will be team-maintained by golang team.
