I have submitted a request to the Salsa CI team.

https://salsa.debian.org/salsa-ci-team/pipeline/-/issues/512

The debci reproducibility tests are not currently failing with this error:

https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/rb-pkg/unstable/amd64/
pyinstaller-hooks-contrib.html

My memory is that they used to. Either my memory is wrong or the debci team
already made this change. Either way, the result is that the request to the
Salsa CI team is that they bring the behavior of reprotest inline with
reproducible builds.
