Description : toolkit for biological aging clock analyses

pyaging is a Python package for analyzing biological aging clocks,
built on a GPU-optimized PyTorch backend. It provides a comprehensive
toolkit for researchers working in the field of aging.
 .
Genomic DNA is not static: beyond mutations and copy number variations
arising during cell divisions, direct chemical modifications occur,
commonly referred to as epigenetic changes. These include various types
of DNA methylation, which can now be quantified in tissues with several
 experimental technologies.
 .
Over the past decade, such epigenetic signatures have been shown to be
strongly associated with aging. This has enabled the research community
to distinguish chronological age from biological age on a molecular
level. pyaging offers practical tools to process and analyze large-scale
molecular aging clock data, making them accessible for researchers and
laboratory staff with basic data analysis skills.

The package is meant to be team-maintained at
https://salsa.debian.org/med-team/python-pyaging.
