this has landed in 2.25.19 (sid)

I don't already have debian/upstream/metadata, so the jury out to some extent as to which is preferable

(On my TODO list is also to find out if/how I can specify a sha1 hash suffixed version, intended to correspond to a specific commit in a git repository, and have uscan download the appropriate tarball)
