I think this might work:
Go to https://salsa.debian.org/-/profile/notifications, change the
"Global notification level" from "Participate" to "Custom" and disable
the "Project is moved" option.
You could also try disabling it only for the "debian" group. FWIW I have
not tested if this actually works, but it seems promising :^)
