Search and insert emojis and other unicode characters using rofi, wofi or other
dmenu-derivatives. The chosen character can be copied to the clipboard or
automatically typed into the currently selected textfield.

Lets package this one instead of wofi-emoji or shmoji. rofimoji is more popular
according to github tars and seems to be a superset of functionality compared
to the other two. So this supersedes ITP #1110872.
