Hi Amin,
I see you closed the ITP for now but please keep in mind for your future reference that the ITP package name needs to be named as "python-pyyaml" instead of "python3-pyyaml".
Some corrections in your ITP bug content too, the correct format can be found here [1]. Please use this format from now on for your future ITPs.
While searching for already existing packages, please use [2] , set the distribution as "any" and try mentioning the package name explicitly (eg. python3-pyyaml instead of "pyyaml") as sometimes the search doesn't show the package if you're not specific about the package name.
