PHPOffice Common provides shared code and utilities for PHPOffice projects 
such as PhpSpreadsheet and PHPWord.

This package is being introduced into Debian specifically 
as a dependency for the FOSSology project, not as part 
of the general PHP team.

I intend to package phpoffice-common for Debian as a dependency 
for FOSSology.
