A helper for organizing Django project settings by relying on well
established programming patterns.

This package is a dependency of django-lasuite, which itself is a
dependency for the Django projects related to “La Suite”, the sovereign
French state-sponsored office suite.

I’d appreciate a sponsor, and for now am ok with taking the
responsibility of maintaining the package for the foreseeable future.
