Sorry, I typoed. The above line should read
https://bugs.debian.org/debbugs-source/debian/, which is a checked-out
version of the debian branch of https://bugs.debian.org/debbugs-source/debbugs.git

That said, we probably should point at the salsa repo too, since it's
way more friendly than a random directory.
