Description : Simple app to do the calculations needed to scuba dive with nitrox gas

Scuba divers might do dives using nitrox rather than air.

Nitrox is air with an higher than normal oxygen content.

This extends the bottom time, reducing the nitrogen absorbion by tissues but
also causes the threshold for dangerous oxygen toxicity depth to be closer
to the surface.

I wrote this app for Android originally, to quickly calculate the maximum
depth to not exceed and the equivalent depth to calculate the bottom time.

After a discussion on #debian-it I noticed that there was nothing to do
this in Debian, so I decided to package it, even if it's kinda niche.
