Notification Banner Reloaded is a small GNOME Shell extension that provides
users the control over the GNOME system notifications position and the way
they appear on screen, the display duration.

This is the best replacement I found for gnome-shell-extension-panel-osd which
will have to be removed as upstream has abandoned that project and is no longer
compatible with latest gnome-shell.
