This is a cross-platform Java+JNI library using native bindings
to watch for changes on the filesystem.

It was formerly included in native-platform (libnative-platform-java)
and was split into a new project.

It is required by newer versions of Gradle to get notifications about
changes on filesystems, which is a convenient feature for development
and continuous builds.

This package will be maintained by the pkg-java team.
