As I understand it, Salsa is not solely used for Debian development --
i.e. I seem to recall Salsa maintainers explicitly ecouraging the use
of Salsa also for personal/upstream use.
If my understanding is correct, then it sounds wrong for DDs to be
granted access to all Salsa projects.
