Limited security support for one or more packages

Periodically when I update Debian systems I get a notification like the
following. Then it goes away and I don't know how to retrieve such data
again. How can I get data about these things from a running system when not
in the process of upgrading it? I'm working on a tool to give advice about
improving the security of a Debian system (which I'll ITP as soon as it has a
useful level of features) and want to track this. Is there a script that can
give a list of all installed packages that are subject to such warnings? If
not where can I extract the data to write such a script?

Limited security support for one or more packages

Unfortunately, it has been necessary to limit security support for some
packages.

The following packages found on this system are affected by this:

* Source:rust-async-trait
Details: See https://www.debian.org/releases/bookworm/amd64/release-notes/ch-information.en.html#golang-static-linking
Affected binary package:
 - librust-async-trait-dev:amd64 (installed version: 0.1.83-1)
