As a first necessary step, all removals need to leave a link to the removal bug in the tracker. Currently it looks fragile somehow, as in my experience not all removed packages even have a link chain to it, and when they do it's a non-obvious one via the removal email and a comment in it (I think). -- WBR, wRAR
