 whey-pth adds the ability to support site-specific paths through .pth files if
 the Whey library is used.

This package extends python3-whey and is a build dependency for
sphinx-jinja2-compat which then is a build dependency for sphinx toolbox
where Kathara Sasikumar and I do work on right now.

I plan to maintin this packagae within the DPT.
