do you have an AMD cpu in your laptop?

Then it might be
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=217718 or a similar bug

Please install the linux kernel from bookworm-backports and see if its
fixed in there.
If it is (and you have an AMD CPU), please reopen this bug and reassign
it to the src:linux package.
