Reason for ITP:
wasix-libc is the libc implementation for WebAssembly (WASM) with POSIX conformance.
WASIX is a superset on top of WASI, so wasix-libc incorporates POSIX-compliant extentions
such as support for sockets, which are not available in wasi-libc.
With this package, we will be able to build a C source code with POSIX interfaces into a WASM module.

Because I have less experience in debian packaging, I would like to
