Hello,

The original virtme project is not maintained anymore
(https://github.com/amluto/virtme), so we decided to fork the project
and continue the development / bug fixing in virtme-ng
(https://github.com/arighi/virtme-ng).

If the original project is no longer maintained, I'd suggest to keep the same name and move it into a github group, then invite the original author if he ever wants to come back. That way there's no need to add new packages with transitional packages in every distribution. That's e.g. what happened with terminator. Not sure if it's too late to do that in this specific case.

Cheers,
Emilio
